The college is a under management of government that was the main factor for me choosing this college. The admission process is simple u just have to give the state entrance exam Known as MHT-CET ,and score above the avg cut off of the branch u want
The curriculum is pretty old byt is good and is enough to keep up with the world but the faculty of the college lack teaching skills badly most of the teachers a graduates and postgraduate form respectable college like IITs but the severely lack teaching skills. Some of them are great and will help you where ever needed.
The placements of some branches in our college is great and for some it is not that bad but it comes down to that quality of student which passes out I'd say the quality of students is pretty great but that issue comes when in other colleges there are around a 1000 students passing per year in our college it is only around 250-300 students passing per year so as compared to other colleges the placement is okish

Talking about the events they are not that great the students want to perform and organize many events but faculty dosen't support them much. The students are not that forward some of them are pretty narrow minded but Most of them are great and Friendly.
I did not opt for an hostel but as I have heard from mu friends the experience is not that great the Girls hostel closes at 7 in evening and it is pretty strict the mess is also compulsory if u opt for the government hostel which is not that good. There are other private hostels in the area for both boys and girls.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
