Well to be honest as a normal IT student ,i had heard that CS is the best branch i could possibly take so i tried for that and most of the colleges had high cutoff that time for general category for CET percentile so i searched and found this college where i was getting 80% chances of getting CS and i got this college due to cap round and there's no GD ot interviews for entering here.
The branch i took is AIML and this college is tier 3 college whatsoever so there's no faculty going up to the mark for this course till now and we are learning most of the core CS stuff from them ,faculties are supportive not gonna lie but some of them are not too determined with our results
Yes i opted for internships while i am in college as there's a Summer internship to be done after 2nd year so college provided with paid internship which is just useless ,so i found a company outside and went there for 1 month internship which college approved as well.College will give you internship but they are paid and don't even have stipends.
Placements here are honestly average and in some years its below average.college brings companies very rarely they won't give you much chance to be placed lol only few of the companies come regularly every year other than that college have less chance of employability.
The year wise fees for general/open is 1.08 lakh The year wise fees for OBC is 60,000 And fees for SC/ST is 8000 SC/ST students get scholarship of around 60,000 which they return back to college And as I belong to Open Category so i claim the scholarship of EBC through mahadbt which gives around 45000 and yes all category students get scholarship.Fees was 1.04lakh when i joined but now is 1.08lakh so yes fees got increased
In my case campus life was pure bliss i enjoyed a lot and had too much fun inside and outside of college i made some very good friends we had multiple trips together and all .There are several clubs too which you can join accordingly in this college and lastly infrastructure is decent like you will sometimes get confused where is that room like this.
My house is around 10km from College so i travelled through my vehicle and never opted for hostels ,as some of my friends stayed in hostels near college they also had decent experience with that as college doesn't provide any hostels and you have to find and stay there ,the area is quite friendly with students so its manageable.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
