- Curriculum of the college where don't have to think much about exams and can focus on developing skills.
- Faculty members way of teaching which is perfect for someone who actually wants to gain knowledge.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure isn't good which leads to a bit of demotivation to students.
- Sports field is also not good as there are no official sports meet from past 1.5 year.
Remarks :
I came to this college because of low fees for the course as compared to another colleges. Their were no GDs or interviews. The admission to the course was given on the basis of grade sheet which was introduced on the basis of 12th result and CUET, but CUET isn't mandatory.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is prepared on very good level to prepare students for industry on a good level. Curriculum is designed on the behalf of UK curriculum where exams weigh less other things like assignment and more things weigh more which decrease the load on students. Faculty members are okay okay. Some are good and some are bad. As a teacher they are extremely good (qualified, teaching qualities etc) whereas behaviour of some of them are not very good
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship till now. Our college is providing internships but not acceptable according to students expectations. Outside internships are better as compared to in-campus ones.
Placement Experience :
As the college is growing slowly. So this year the first batch of our university has just passed. And this year only a few students got placed. But more companies are going to visit for this year's students. But other courses offer better salaries.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
During my time the fee asked for complete course was 138000, but later it is about 144000. And yearly it is increasing and this year it is reached till 180000. And their are multiple govt. scholarships available but on college basis their are no scholarships available.
Campus Life :
Campus life is not so well. But the university is established lately so it is developing gradually. In sports field it is not well. We do play but on personal level, in my around 2 years of college only once inter college sports meet has happened. Infrastructure is also not so good. But different campuses are being renovated.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
