Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), New Delhi, is a public state university started in 2020 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It was created by bringing together 15 government polytechnics and institutes in Delhi under one statutory university. DSEU keeps diploma engineering fees low for government technical education in Delhi. B.Des Jewellery Design is one of its distinct courses in the Delhi state university system. B.Tech Admission

For B.Tech, students need a valid JEE Main 2026 score. After applying through DSEU counselling, seats are allotted according to JEE Main rank and branch choice. DSEU does not hold a separate college-level entrance test for B.Tech.

Diploma (Engineering) Admission

MBA and MCA Admission

MBA selection at DSEU combines graduation marks with the PEG Test, a university-level assessment of personality, entrepreneurial mindset and general ability. MCA admission is based on graduation merit. Both MBA and MCA are 2-year programmes and are mainly offered at the Dwarka campus.

DSEU Campus and Infrastructure

DSEU follows a multi-campus structure with 21 locations across Delhi. These campuses are grouped into five geographic zones. Many of them were earlier government polytechnic campuses, so they are compact and located near residential or industrial areas.

The Dwarka campus is the administrative headquarters and offers major MBA, MCA and B.Tech programmes. Other important campuses include Pusa, which has laboratory infrastructure from the former Pusa Polytechnic, Okhla, which supports industries in South and East Delhi, and Wazirpur, which serves the North Delhi industrial belt.
