Remarks :
I felt the college was new so it would have a fresh perspective and since it was skill based so felt they'll focus more on enhancing skills. Secondly, the course was computers and technology which is an advancing course so it had its own perks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is decent according to me but on the same hand it is also very old and the teaching methods used are also. Softwares used to teach the subjects have also been discontinued in the companies that have used the previous versions.
Internships Opportunities :
I did not opt to any kind of internship because the college did not provide any. Also they asked us what will you learn in internship because we haven't taught you anything have just made a fool out of you.
Placement Experience :
The college did not provide placements instead they asked us to go and search for placements in the off campus drive, the students did alsearch for placements and are earning good salaries of 12000 per month.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure at my time of enrollment was roughly 50000 per year which rounded to 150000 for the entire course. The fees has shown a rapid increase for the upcoming batches. There are scholarships for SC/ST candidates with fee waivers upto 100%
Campus Life :
The overall campus doesn't have a life. Since the campus is really short you get to see the same old 120-200 students everyday ehich makes it quite a boring experience. Also the campus doesn't have any facility for extra curriculars.
Hostel Facilities :
Haven't opted for hostel facilities because the college doesn't have a hostel. Also, the kind of infrastructure they have is very poor seats are torn and smart boards don't work. Toilets don't have water supply.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
