- In infrastructure I like our quadrangle which is in the middle of the college, it's like the stage and open space where small programs takes place and most of the sports is played there itself. It'll be very nice sitting there and viewing the whole college.
- And the second place i love the most is the seminar hall which is in the second floor
Dislikes
- Basically our college is small compared to other colleges and it is quite a bit old infrastructure as it is built in 90s , I personally don't like the auditorium as it is a bit too old
- In campus life I literally don't like the stress given by teachers to submit the assignment They'll give everything in the end of the sem together which literally causes too much stress on students
Remarks :
I wrote the entrence exam called KCET in that i got about 85,000 ranking and appied for option enrtry where we could choose the colleges and course according to our intrest . After that KEA board will alot the college to us by keeping in reference of our choice and the cutoff given by the college. If our ranking match the cutoff of the college and course we will get that college. The same way I got a seat in this college. I do did some discussion about the college but course I didn't plan before. I joined this course because I got that in my allotment, and the college was tier 1 college so joined without second thought
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I'm studying is same as the electronics and communication engineering and it is very tough compared to computer science. It more more of electronics, circutary and also the programing so i decided to accept the the course. And in our college all the teachers are well qualified, most of them are phd holders, most of the time they are available for clarifying doubts. I feel they'll teach properly when we ask personally than in class. They'll teach by referring the prescribed textbooks and they'll prepare there own notes. We'll have sem end exams every 4-5 months but we will have internals exam almost every month.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't applied any internships, actually internships are not provided by college but we should find them by ourselves but our department teachers will help us get a internships in the 3 rd year.
Placement Experience :
I'm still in 2 nd year so i haven't appied to any internships but planning to apply in my 5th Or 6 th sem and the placement drive start in the 6 th sem. I'm actually planning to pursue my masters degree after the completion of my engineering. Eligibility for placements are having zero backlogs and about 7 to 8 cgpa for an average company, however the eligibility criteria vary for different companies. Recently boaing company visited our collage, Bosch comes to our college and many more companies. Average package offered is about 4-6 LPA but highest placed is 46LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees I'll be paying 1,19,986 Rs For tution fees they will collect 91,796 Rs And for VTU registration and skill development fees they will collect 28,190 Rs As scholarship we can apply government scholarship but my scholarship application was rejected so i paid the full amount by myself
Campus Life :
We have a comparatively small campus but good enough, we will have 2 fest every year, one is manthan which usually happens in the month of June july but now last year that was delayed and took place in November nad fest is kalarava which happens kn the month of November it's basically celebrating kannada rajyothsava like a fest, both the fest are really good but manthan is a big event, we'll be having bj, musical nights and many more. And talking about clubs we have many clubs like 20 to 30 clubs like samskruthi clud, Leo club, under 25 club, google students club, TED X and many more where we could actually build a network. And we have a good library, we could find all types of books there and we could actually borrow them for few days, and sports are not that much entratained but we do have a limited sports amenities.
Hostel Facilities :
No I'm day scholor , but hostels are quiet good, that's three sharing rooms. They'll provide three time meals and coffee in the morning and evening and snaks in the evening. And it costs about 1,20,000 per anumati to the hostel and we could apply it in the college during the admission only

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
