AVERAGE COLLEGE BUT NOT WORTH IT

- I do not like anything about my college but yeah friends made it bearable,also there is like 3-4 colleges together so socialising is easier with other people,
- Parking facility is good here,also clubs are fine you get to meet new people there explore new things
Dislikes
- Faculty partiality. I have had alot of experiences like these ans i would suggest you all to stand your ground and defend yourself everytime.
- Career opportunities. Placements were not good for our batch .
Remarks :
I got the admission here in bciiit through NIMCET and it is very easy to score admission here. I chose this college because it was easy to commute there and placements were good but sadly by the time we got the chance to get placed there were literally none companies that would come for placement drives so in ny batch roughly 20 out of 59 students got placed with low salary like 3.14 lpa.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is good, faculty is good they help around alot with everything except for the placement officer, he doesn't do anything, is partial with students and doesn't get enough opportunities for the students and act like he's the incharge of everything. Except for the course curriculum there are alot of clubs there too so extra curricular activities are alot here.
Placement Experience :
Placements before 2022 WERE GOOD, but when recession came there were almost no jobs for freshers but some companies came like IVP, CVENT,BIGOH NOTATION, TO THE NEW, KIMBALL, IGT SOLUTIONS AND some more too. Highest package offered was if 8 lpa and lowerst offered was of 3.14 lpa It my batch almost 20% students got placed thats it others are still sitting at their home now looking for jobs. I got placed in IGT solutions as a IT TRAINEE but they didn't give us joining letter and asked us to see if we can find other opportunities because they cannot provide is with the jobs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1st year fee structure: 165000/year divides like this: Tuition fee:133000 University fee: 20000 Alumni contribution (one time): 2000 Security deposit (refundable): 10000 This is the complete fee structure, For the second year just exclude alumni and security deposit and the fee for second year would be 153000/-
Campus Life :
There is no social life, clubs are good and infrastructure is fine too. In clubs we have environmental, photography,dance , singing, acting, fashion and almost everything you could think about. We participate in everything and there is a Innovation club too where you could actually get your ideas/invention made in real.
Hostel Facilities :
i did not opted for hostel as I live nearby but hostel is decent,6-7 students were living in hostel from ny batch and i have had the food and it is good. Rooms are good there us no female warden only male warden so girls have some kind of freedom over boysm

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
