I heard it was a really great college for commerce as the majority of the students are from bcom and bcom honours and i haven’t done any interviews or written tests, it was done on the basis of cuet score
I chose this course because i further wanted to do mba abroad and sbsc is quite famous when to comes to commerce collges and the teacher method is good as i quite liked the teachers as they are polite, respectful and understand your demands
I can’t answer this question as i am in my first year of college but i have talked to some seniors and they have been placed in some big companies but i don’t know about the tasks and projects but since half of them got work from home so i heard the tasks were manageable
I don’t have a good idea of the placements but i heard around 85% were placed last year however it differs each year so i can’t really give a detailed percentage however I believe as the college is among the top colleges of south delhi, the placements are quite good and the campus is visited by some top companies like deloitte, kmpg india and kmpg international
I don’t know the detailed fee structure as i m in my first year but for the first year it was 17725 it might be less going forward and there are scholarships but i don’t know the amount as i m in my first year
Its just been a week since my college started but i have made quite a lot of friends and the crowd is good, they are friendly and i like the overall public of the college, I can’t comment on clubs right now as the registration process is still ongoing, the infrastructure is good but its still developing but i have to say, it isn’t too big nor too small
I have rented a pg in malviya nagar l-31b, the accommodation is decent but i have to say the food is not that great it has so much carbs, with so little amount of protein and to be honest i feel the rent is a little too much for only two time food, there is access to wifi, and my room is a single room, while the other people have double sharing rooms consisting of 5 people in an apartment
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
