- The college campus is very lively, and the environment is very good for studying, it is away from city noises and pollution
- They have really invested heavily in building our A.I block(for computer Science Enginnering students) all amenities here is brand new and super useful and the wifi speed here is superb and the classroom here is legit outstanding.
Dislikes
- what I dislike about the college is that the Exam process here is super easy if you just concentrate here for like 2 days in studies per subject you can achieve good marks and also you have to ensure that you have 75% attendance it is mandatory
- Like I said the University is situated in hills so you have to walk very much from hostel to university and there is no other option then to walk to attend your class. Yes, there is kart in the campus but it is always full and they don't follow any specific timings.
Remarks :
The factors that I choose the college is that mine jee mains result was not that good with with which I can land in good NIT college so I chose this college. The admission process here is very chill we just have to give a easy aptitude test and a call interview. For my degree there is a cutoff of 50%(PCM subject) in class 12.Also I choose this college because the curriculum of this college is very new and industry friendly and the location is very nice for studies. The curriculum and test helps the student to prepare for GATE examination or any further examinations. The university also provides many scholarships to the students who want to pursue 2+2 university has signed many MOU's with good university across the Globe. Also, the best part is the university gives extra attention the the students who wants to write research papers the university is research oriented.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I want to purse this and this is one of the few colleges in India which provides the specialisation in many branches. Now, about the qualification of the faculty the faculties of biotechnology and management are very good as listened from the respective students and In my branch some faculties are very knowledgeable and also very senior but some are just PHD scholar who are pursuing phd and also teaching. And for examination the exams are conducted online basis and there are 3 terms of exams and the difficulty leve is moderate to easy depending upon the syudents.
Internships Opportunities :
NO , I haven't opted any internship offered by the University but there are many internship availabe in campus itself only. They provide many helpful insights of the company which are looking for the intern and also they help to build a proper ATS friendly resume.
Placement Experience :
As per now I have a plan to get a decent job with good package I will continue the job for 1 -2 yrs then try to go abroad. Here, In the university they claim that they will provide 100% placement which is kinda true not gonna lie but the package for those who are not good in studies doesnt care about thei future is like around 2-3l per annum whereas the highest package this year from campus has gone around 18l per annum and one guy who has taken off campus placement was 51l per annum. Few recruiters here are HCl, LG , TATA, Cognizant ,Khanna paper mills, Ericsson etc. So the average package I deduce here is 6-8l per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly Fee Structure: For 2022 batch : Rs224000 (112000 per semester) For 2024 batch : Rs230000 (115000 per semester) Admission Fees : Rs20000(Deducted from tution fees) Application Fee : RS1000(But sometimes there is some discount too) Gym Fee : Rs1000 per sem (not Compulsory) Scholarship Availabe: 20% , 30% , 40% scholarship based on 12th marks ( currently availed by me) There are same scholarship based on jee mains performace too also the scholarship percentage are higher if you have scored 80 percentile it is 80%off on scholarship and so on . Other Scholarship : 5% for Himachal Bonafide student 5% for those whose father has served/serving in Army 5-10% for student with a widowed mother
Campus Life :
The life at campus is super cool and friendly and the atmosphere here is just WOW! . There are many fest in this university in which Manchtantra and Moksh are its main highlight . Manchtantra is 3 day fest which is an inter departmental contest of singing, dancing, modelling and speaking skills Moksh is an annual event of Shoolini university it is also an 3 day programme where various performers are called by the shoolini university, There are various types of book available in library and here the library is very good the structure and orientation. The campus is fully wi-fi connected. There is no problem in amenities in classroom all available which is needed for the student. There are many clubs and group in univertsity .
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have availed the hostel facility here. The hostels are super clean and very good better than the most of the University in India. The food here is not the best but better that most of the hostel and the menu here is always changed after 1 months or early if requested by the student. There is a mess committee meeting where students can participate and explain the dislikes in the food menu and they will provide some alternatives for the supper. The hostel admission process is very simple the admission support will ask you that if you want to avail hostel service or not and provide some options based on your affordability you can choose your hostel rooms.

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs

The placement opportunities are given by institute. There is a placement committee. A few visited recruiters are ICICI,HDFC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, etc. the average package of IIM sirmaur ranges around 14-15 LPA. All students get placed and is supported by institute.
