Faculty of national Institute of technology hamirpur is very good.Placement of this college and infrastructure of this college is mind blowing. Environment of this college is according to my need. These are the reasons that i choose this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
In first year there are 50% Himachal's student and 50% from other states. Faculty are highly qualified. Boys are girls ratio is 5:2 . Exam are distributed in semesters. Exam are tough enough. In one term we have to give exam for two times i.e. mid semester and end semester
Internships Opportunities :
There are many companies that come here to give internship. Many students get internship from this college every year. High package is given to students in their internship. Famous companies like Amazon also come to here
Placement Experience :
There are 36 companies that come to this college every year are maximum student get placements every year. Maximum placment probability is from computer science engineering . Highest package from this college is 1.7 cr
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees is according to cast and family income. For example if you have family income less then 1 lakh you have to pay 21000 if you have family income between 1 to 5 lakh you have to pay 40000 and if you have income more then 5 lakh you have to pay 83000 for one semester
Campus Life :
Hill fair is the cultural fest and nimbus is the tech fest of this Institute. They are conducted in October and February respectively. There is also a library where maximum books are avalaible. There are so many clubs and society . For example ISTE.
Hostel Facilities :
Here hostels are available. Annual fee of hostel is 60000. Meal quality is very good. There are 3-4 beds, table and chairs in a room and 2 fans. In hostel there is also a badminton court table tennis court and vollyball ground
Interview Experience :
To enter in this college you have to clear jee mains exam and you will get the branches according to your numbers that you get in jee mains exam. After clearing the exam you have to take participate in josaa councling where you alote the seat

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
