Likes
- the view of the college the college is very beautiful and it’s obviously it comes in himachal so himachal is beauty of india
- the food items are available in college many canteens are there every thing is available in college you don’t need to go outside.
Dislikes
- sometimes water issues are there like many times water doesn’t comes in bathrooms but college makes them happen by importing water from trucks.
- timings are there for in and out that makes hard for students to go after 10 pm but its good for your safety
Remarks :
its very beautiful place in himachal and the placement is also good if you want to choose which college you want to choose wisely what you want to go in which field but if suggest go with the cse or ece branch because here you can get good yearly income of more than 20lakhs and in the era of machine learning and artificial intelligence these branches are booming you can find many jobs and startups in these field
Course Curriculum Overview :
i choose this course because we have family background of this field and also can prepare for govt engineering services.the qualifications of the faculty is aldo very good many top iit students are teachers here and many teachers are also in real time government projects like dam making ,airport making ,airport surveying and top faculties are there
Internships Opportunities :
i have done internship in pwd department of civil engineering the college teachers helped me to get into this.The internship is aroun 2 months and i have learned from top civilian engineers about construction work and surveying and all
Placement Experience :
placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
its 140000 for non category for sc / st its around 20000 only per year and extra living costs around 25000 per semester in whuch the food is also included and you can pay in half half no other cost will college take.
Campus Life :
life at campus is very amazing,you will find diff kind of people different minds and different cultures and you will learn many things in life there are many clubs there you can explore your inner artist and share ideas with students with top mindset to do something in life and many extra ciruculum activities are there you can participate in and remove your stage fear and public speaking and managing things here students are made leaders so they can learn to manage studies and how to deal with different kind of people .Here classroom are good and you’ll find many libraries so you can study here with the peace of mind and about sports there held many sports competitions like cricket football yoga dance etc and many many inter nit matches so you can compete and communicate with other nit students and they help to get internship in iits or foreign colleges you can take help with your seniors who are doing job in the reputed companies and many more experience that is only youcan experience
Hostel Facilities :
here hostel are good in first year students get room of about 4 people so that students communicate with each other and make friends and no one will feel left out in hostels there are gym and mess system and are where students can play games like table tennis and badminton after few years when you comes in final year students get separate rooms so they can study for their placement and projects and have space to think what they want to choose there is alaso common area where students gather and discuss there many hostel incharge that are students only so they learn leadership and manage things and build relationships there is seperate hostels for boys and girls and there are timings of in and out if any student comes from outside they have have to sign in front of their roll no dairy there is also gaurd for safety and the view of the balcony are amazing like mountains and greeneries and many monkeys also lives here and and many birds sound make the mind peaceful aura.
