No there is no factors to decide this college was suggested to me by my father's friend and there are no interview or group discussion or any written test you just have to appear in jee or ojee and passed you 12th exam
I choose this course because I have interest in this and about faculties in this college are good they will teach you well many teacher have done their m.tech from IIT they have good knowledge and the quality of information that they give is awesome
No there aren't any internship opportunities in our college you have to find internship on your own and apply for it college doesn't provide any internship for student of they give you any then in that internship they will just take class and they will not provide you any working experience
The placement and job opportunity are good in our college the big company doesn't come but you will get to see mass recruiter and very small size and startup companies they will provide you a decent salary of 3 lakhs to 8 lakhs package
First of all I would like to say that my college fees increases every year for new students but for the old students it remain same as they have given in first year I am paying 105000 per year as tution fees while my juniors are paying more than that and for hostel fees I am payed 65000 in my first year and it increase 5000 per year during admission time the registration fee that I payed was 10000 now this year it is 20000 exam registration fee that I pay every semester is 1000 and there is no management quota for sc ,st and every categories fees are same in btech but in case of BCA, MCA AND M.TECH it is different I exactly don't know the exact figures
Life at campus is a little enjoyable but if here social life is not that good you can't enjoy each other company the people mentality are like that and if you want to join a club then you can't because there is any club and about the infrastructure the amount of infrastructure they have is good but the amount of student they take in is not sufficient for that much student so I can say that their infrt is good but not enough for the student they have adjust in class they have to sit five student on a bench
Hostel mess are not good just the other day in our food we found insects that was cooked with the food and not in one's food but many people have found insects in their food if we complain about that they say sometimes in your home insects can we found in food for first year students hostel are good but the time you go to second year they will change your hostel room and the hostel they will give will we in very bad condition the water running from walls consistently a little bit of rain and from everywhere water start falling for applying in hostel during admission you will be given a form you just have sign that form come in the hostel and they will allot you a room
After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement
There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.
for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.
Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.
Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges
Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
