I joined the college through NEET UG, all India counseling. I had a rank of about 42k and this was the most affordable deemed universitiy available. There are no other interviews for admission. Only neet ug scores.
The faculty is good. It's a nice environment to make your theory knowledge stronger. The student batch is of about 150 students. For practicals teacher to student ratio is 1 : 15 which is pretty decent. CBME curriculum is followed all over india for MBBS, it's a good learning environment.
1 year of internship is compulsory, which can be done in the hospital in the college campus itself. For few postings, we go for govt. Hospitals nearby. There's no placement as such but you can join as JR after mbbs if you don't opt for PG immediately.
After completing MBBS students usually prepare for NEET pg and go for specialization. Others can work as medical officials in govt. Setup or apply to be JR'S in private hospitals with a decent salary and work experience.
When I joined, the tuition fees was around 10,50,000 per annum. It has remained constant throughout my course. Currently the fees for fresh admission is around 17,50,000. There are no available scholarships
There are no extracurricular activities here. Only one literary club is there, WORDSWORTH Which hosts events like creative writing, debating and open mics. Other than that there's no playground or no much scope for recreation.
Hostels are compulsory for everyone. In final year many students opted to move out of hostel but they still had to pay the hostel fees. The rooms are spacious and there's privacy. Good hygienic mess and washrooms. Overall it's a good living area.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
