I gave a written examination(CUET), then interview and then you get result if you got selected or not. Overall it's a good University but very strict with attendance. No matter what you have to submit your assignments on time if not you will get no marks or reduction of marks. You will get to learn a lot in this college.
I chose journalism because I want to become a journalist. The faculty is really good and experienced. They try their best to make us understand. The learning experience is great. The exam happen every semester. The correction is very strict.
I am currently doing In- house internship which means in the college itself. They are different centres in college for which you can intern, though it's not a paid one. You can also search for internship outside the college.
I heard the placements are really good in Christ. Company like Deloitte come. It depends on the skill of the students whether they can get the job or not. The companies come and take the interview, student have to crack it.
I paid 2 lakhs for 1st year with 5000 admission fees. It will probably be the same for the next year as well. We pay examination fees and also there will be around 700 fees for the backlog if you have missed exam or couldn't write because of low attendance. There will also be some amount to be paid for the uniform and other additional amount for college activities like going out for fun or any trip.
The campus life in Christ is really good. It's a big campus with many canteens. It's a very green campus. They have two library, one is the UG library and one is the PG library. The classroom has TV and also white board and green board. They also have projector. They are many clubs that you can participate in, they are really fun. We have sports day as well and also they are different sports you can participate in. There will be something or the other fest happening in the college almost everyday/week.
I have rented a PG very close to the college. It's actually good with proper cleanliness. The food is also very good. The locality is Chikku lakshmaih layout and it has all girls pg in that locality. They are many pg's nearby.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.
I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities
The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
