- The environment of my campus is quite soothing and peaceful, even though I don’t wanted to study in a women’s college somehow I like the environment.
- We are allowed to wear whatever we want . Students aren’t forced to wear uniform in college
Dislikes
- The students are allowed to wear whatever they please but faculties will not say directly to students but they point out students for not wearing appropriate clothes.
- Timetable are so much hectic sometimes we don’t have a single period free to eat lunch
Remarks :
I’m from Chandigarh, we have to fill a form in which we have to give 10-12 name of the college in Chandigarh. According to our list of colleges, however students will get the college according to his percentage in 12 th standard and serial number he /she has filled in the form. No I don’t have to give any interview or test to take admission here . It was all depends on students score in 12th class
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bachelor of commerce in which students are taught how to manage finance as well as Human Resources. The faculties in my college are very sensible and the environment of my campus is just like a school . There is quite strictness about discipline and studies.
Placement Experience :
Our college does provide placement and job opportunities. BCom does not have a compulsory program for placement. However we have provided some internships but our faculties doesn’t provide attendance for the internship program so it is a bit difficult to manage both.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay around 35000 per year for 3 years. There is an examination fees which is around 350 INR which is paid near exams . Total fees of the course is around 180000 for 3 years. Concessions are provided for the lower classes of the society.
Campus Life :
The campus provide us a lot of fest to socialise with others. They also provide some great subjects like French , music etc. Every year our college organise youth fest around October and December in which attendance is given to the students who are participating in the fest . The winner team or Individual is gifted a prize as well as a concession in their fees.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
