Likes
- The one thing i like about the campus is the location which is at a very peaceful place and infrastructure is really good to accomodate only 160 students.
- Faculty here is really supporting even if you want to work on a project , they will support you fully to the core .
Dislikes
- The campus life is not really good because you don't get to go outside and you ll get leave with a proper reason or on the medical purpose.
- The mess food is disliked by many of us because of the repetition of the same food again and again , we really get bored of the food
Remarks :
To get enrolled in this college , you have to give an exams - IMUCET , this exam is conducted by the university only and those securing high ranks get the college accordingly . The good aspect here is you gonna learn really new things and qualities and gonna develop your personality here . If you are an average student with good mind you gonna get this college . But subject such as english and aptitude are inportant other than maths , physics and chemistry . All these 5 subjects come in the paper. For general guys you have to secure under 2000 rank to get into one of the colleges of IMU , but gor SC ST , they can get at 10000 ranks also . Just prepare these 5 subjects i have mentioned and you are good to come to this campus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is really nice out here , the course us designed in a way that you are gonna learn even coding languages , which are not really important .. but you will definitely get a good idea , and you will never feel left behind in terms of coding and all . Mostly technical subjects are in our curriculum and if you take interest , you gonna love learning all the subjects. I chose this course because i was interested in technical subjects and also had fantasy to work on ships . Faculty here is really qualified for good government colleges and they all have done whether PHD or masters . Every semester you exams and the difficulty lever uf you are an average student is average . Not too hard and bot too easy just average , if you will study you will pass easily .
Internships Opportunities :
All the companies such as SYNERGY , PACIFIC BASIN , THORM etc give internship as what we call as trainee , and they offer around 50000 to 80000 per month depending on the company and type of vessel . Its your trainee period on ship before you are eligible to give class 4 mates exam to become 4th engineer.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is to be all clear , it means you must not have any backlogs in any of the paper only then the companies visiting the campus will consider taking your interview . Companies that come to our college are SYNERGY , THORM , PACIFIC BASIN etc . Highest package will be around 5 lakh to 6 lakh for 6 months onboard as a trainee cadet. We have a hundred percent placement record from last many years except those who don't want placement everybody gets placed. I would love to continue in this field as a sailor and would continue till i become chief engineer.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure here is semester wise , at the time of enrollment you will pay around 30000 , at the time i enrolled in 2022 the fees were less, but from 2023 the fees structure has changed and ut has become 252000 per year , in odd semester you have to pay 1 lakh 52000 rupess , and in even semester you have to pay just 1 lakh rupees . All the things are included in these fees starting from your living expenditure to your college fees . The scholarships are not available on campus but if you are a girl you gonna get scholarship easily for guys you will have to take ut from outside .
Campus Life :
Campus life is overall good , you will make friends from all over the country and you will make some lifetime friends too , but the problem lies when you are not allowed to get social outside the campus area . The only fest happens here is PRAYAAN and that too in even semesters. We have a really big and beautiful library with a lot of collection of books and you need not to buy any book study as they are provided by the library itself. Sports and extracurricular activities do happen here , sports like volleyball , cricket , football and badminton are quite most played here , and indoor games like chess , carrom, and table tennis are most played here . There are around 5 clubs in this campus starting from technical club to cultural club , and they all are run by students only .
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is really nice , with rooms bigger enough to accommodate 2 person at a time and every room has private bathroom also . Mess is really nice out here , with clean and hygienic food . The food is not always nice but somedays you gonna love it for sure . There is no need to apply for hostel rooms as the fees paid in per year is consist of hostel rooms also . When you join the college , you are gonna live inside the college ( hostel ) .

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat
Placement Experience :
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
