Remarks :
The fact that I wanted to travel around in Mumbai and also Xavier's College has a fame and a standard of it's own, also the Malhar fest is something I wanted to be a part of. During my admission there was an interview round and we got to choose our courses or more like fields of interest . Xavier's is all good with academics but the extra curricular activities are the BEST.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In a year there r 2 sems and each sem has a 2 CIA (Might be written exam or a project) each for 20 marks and then an end sem exam for 60 marks (Written). Speaking about the faculties they all have a great qualifications most of them have either completed their PhD or doing their phds. They have extremely great knowledge about their own fields and clear out our doubts instantly also some are friendly like a Family. My fav profs in geo department are Bobby sir, John sir, Vaishnavi ma'am and Shweta ma'am
Internships Opportunities :
The college gives many internships and programs, some real time experiences also if you mention the college name you have higher chances of getting into the job. Personally I didn't join any internship program was busy with my own stuffs
Placement Experience :
Firstly you have to apply for Placements and then be active on when the interviews have started and everything, you have to be up to date, Placements are available but it's upto you how you present yourself during the interview and ur cgpa with no backlogs everything matters, coz it's Xavier's College
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In my FY the fees was 7.5K and in the SY it was about 7K and in the TY it was 9K We had many field visits and interactive talk sessions and also there are Social involvement programs Along with these if you want a Gymkhana membership then it is rs200 per year
Campus Life :
Campus Life is great, Xavier's has helped many people like me to get out of their comfort zone and be open to the world, the activities and fest have helped us to know more about ourselves and become more bold and confident in our own selves. Libraries are the best they have the best collections of old vintage books and many of the original books that have gone lost with time. Xavier's has it's own Gymkhana (includes gym, carroms, TT, badminton court) Volleyball, Basketball and football turf. Xavier's has so many extra curricular activities the only thing is that you have to be active enough to know when and where things are gonna happen. Hostel Facilities :
Honestly I haven't been a part of the hostel but what I've heard from my friends is that it's much more affordable to get a pg and stay there coz the rooms small here and also you gotta share it with few more people and upon that you also have to pay extra for your food, which if we put it all in together goes pretty expensive. Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
SNDT,MA Psychology
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.
CSD at KKWIEER: A perfect blend of tech and creativity

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Symbiosis School of Economics
Placement Experience :
The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
