- The infrastructure status for studying is very good.
- The library and labs are provided with fully air conditioned to concentrate.
Dislikes
- There is some restriction for girls they are not allowed to roam late night in campus.
- There is a barrier made between girls and boys in any event.
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college was the fees structure along with the facilities provided to the students and good placement. I did research on this college through YouTube and many more sites to know more. No exams are taken if you score more than 80 percent.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course here provided is good and up todate . The curriculum is updated along with the theory part pratical application of the theory are also held , seminars and workshops based on that. Regular exams are taken to enhance students in shaping themselves. The faculties are absolutely good.
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet I have opted for any intership as I m currently pursuing my 3 rd semester. But in 4th semester I m in a mood to go. College help us in our intership . They are very helpful to the students and also interact with the companies who visits us.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job facilities are moderate . Last year college placement went upto 22 Lpa and 34 Lpa . The average is between 5-7 Lpa. The btech students are mostly focused upon. The companies which visited our campus was Amazon, tcs , Wipro , Mahindra tech and more
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise tution fee for btech students is 1,24,000 and along with this registration fees of 10,000 is taken. There is a scholarship for students securing good rank in jee as well as 12th board along with this Jammu and army retired students are provided with scholarship.
Campus Life :
The campus life is not so vast. The campus is moderate provided with number of trees so that students remain connected with the nature . Every student can enjoy their time. There are several clubs held in the college and several activities monthly. The sports facilities are also available which includes basketball, cricket, kabaddi,kho-kho, badminton and gym facilities.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted here for the hostel. The hostel is very good and affordable. Each student is provided with separate bed , study table and chair and own wardrobe along with this attached balcony and washroom for girls. The hostel mess food is good and the quantity and quality served is appreciated.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
