- Actually our college is one of the oldest degree colleges in mysuru built by Mysore maharaja
- The campus is very huge that is about 102 acres of land with many kind of plants and greenary around with benhes placed for students to have seat in that environment
Dislikes
- Students can meet different kind of students from many different states
- Students from other states one can take it as a boon or a bane
Remarks :
It is the top 1 college in Mysore for studying engineering and it is the sister institution of Sri jayachamarajedra college of engineering formly called SJCE placement wise it has the highest companies coming.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Computer science and business systems is a very unique course in engineering the reason I chose this course is in this time Computer science(artificial intelligence and machine learning) was highly hyped and I didn't find the same in JSSSTU so similar to that I chose CSBS.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't started any internship yet because I've just finished my first year but I've heard that internship opportunities to all students are provided after 2nd year and there are vast companies offering internship for students of JSSSTU
Placement Experience :
There are so many opportunities to build up our resumes by indulging in 52+ clubs which are running successfully running by our college students and 80+ different companies have visited our college for placement purpose
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
96000 is kea fees paid to government of Karnataka and 30000 is tution fees paid to college in the first year From 2nd year tution fees might reduce a little Management quota fees for our course is 20L
Campus Life :
Life at campus, hostel, environment and campus infrastructure are first class everything is highly maintained everyone gets the opportunity to take part in different clubs and workshops in mentorship of different faculties.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar but my classmates who stays in hostel has given me their feedback to me that there are 2 hostels from our college one residing inside college campus and another one near hootgalli where our college van will pick the students and bring to college

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
