- The college has a very beautiful campus and is surrounded by mountains. There is greenery all around.
- The college events like annual fest, Ganesh Chaturthi and Kannada Rajyotsava Celebrations are my most favorite.
Dislikes
- The college doesn't have a proper ground. There is only some space in the indoor where students can play
- The college is situated slightly away from the city. So there is transportation problem
Remarks :
I chose this college because it was the nearest government college from my home in Puttur. The infrastructure and the education provided in this college are much better than other colleges. Students must give an entrance test called as NEET UG to take admission in Medical college
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is hectic. So students are advised to be consistent throughout the year inorder to achieve good score in the final university exam. Faculties are well qualified and are knowledgeable. There will 3 internal exam and one final university exam.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
60 thousand for tuition fees 10 thousand caution fees 5 thousand registration fees 10 thousand admission fees 10 thousand hostel fees 5 thousand lab and other fees The total fee paid will be within 1 lakh per year but it will be increasing over the years
Campus Life :
3 grand fests are conducted in the college by the student council. One is the annual fest along with the graduation program. Then there will be Ganesh Chaturthi celebration and Kannada Rajyotsava Celebration. New year is also celebrated. The college has a central library and it has wide variety of books and other resources. Our college participates in various intercollegiate sports and extracurricular activities. There are many clubs like Red cross, NSS, Eco club and many more.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is good. Each room will be occupied by 2 to 3 students depending upon the number of students. Each student will be provided with a table, chair and a cot. There is also a wardrobe and washroom in Each room. Mess food is good and hygienic. Hostel fee is around 10 thousand a year and mess bill will be around 3 thousand.

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
