Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences also known as Kodagu Medical College is a government college established in 2016 in Madikeri, Karnataka. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and approved by MCI. It offers a full-time MBBS and B.Sc (Nursing) course at the undergraduate level along with MD and MS programs at the postgraduate level. Admission to MBBS, MD, and MS courses is based on the NEET entrance test scores whereas admission to paramedical (B.Sc Nursing) is done by the Karnataka Examination Authority based on merit.

The university offers a full-time MBBS course for 4.5 years with one year of compulsory internship. The course fee is INR 59,850 per year. The students are involved in a one-year mandatory internship and also learn to work in hospitals.
