During corona pandemic I don't have any options to choose other colleges because of travelling. So I have to choose this college because this is near by my location. There is no any Interviews or any written test for the addmission.
If you have interest in account and finance then you can take the addmission in account and finance but if you have any difficulties or you thought it's very tough then you can take addmission in bachelor of commerce.
Jnan vikas Mandal mehta college conducted the internship when I'm in my second year. They tie-up with Hindustan Times. They provide the internship but the Hindustan Times department are not helpful for our internship program.
The college placement was not good for students. College department provides the placement but the job was like call center or customer care like that so they have to be improved in this. And the mostly companies are selected only science students.
The fees structure of this college is affordable for poor students. The fees of plain bcom is around 9-10k per year. And if you take the addmission in specialization then you will have to pay around 22-26k per year.
The campus of jnan vikas Mandal mehta college was good and friendly vibes. The name of the fest is "jashan" it was conducted in month of December. Almost all events or parties mostly conducted in month of December.
Jnan vikas Mandal mehta college doesn't have any hostel or mess so don't think about that. They have only a small canteen out side for college so you can have it from there what you want or what menu is available in there canteen.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
