There are many good aspects of the college. The college has many technical clubs and non technical clubs in which students can participate and develop skill and increase their network. It has many COEs ( Centre of Excellence) in which the student can work in and develop a particular skill. The campus is always under construction which means that new infrastructure is coming up. Sometimes the timetable can be very hectic.
The course curriculum is pretty relevant to current industry standards. Since the college is autonomous it has some authority over the syllabus. I chose this course as I was interested in electronics. Almost all of the faculty have attained a PhD. The faculty teach us using slides created by the department. The exams are timed in such a way that there is sufficient time to study for them. The difficulty level is moderate.
As of now i have not opted for any internship. A company that has visited my department is Texas Instruments. I do not know how much they pay. Some other companies are Microsoft that give internships to CS branch.
The placements in the college are amazing and some of the highest in the region. There are many reputed companies make offers such as NVIDIA Qualcomm Airbus etc. The eligibility criteria is to not have any backlogs at the time of placements.
The year wise tuition fee is 96000 base and an additional 20000 skill development program fees. The base tuition fee may vary from student to student as i had taken up admission through KCET quota. My batchmates who took up admission through COMED K quota had to pay 257000 as base tuition fee and another 20000 for skill development fee.
Campus life is good , as there are many clubs and festivals that happen. There are many technical clubs which focus on all aspects of engineering. The non technical clubs also help us to do social work etc. The main festival called 8th mile happens every alternate year. The library is full of textbooks and journals, with books of every department.
The hostel rooms are spacious and sufficient for two people. There total five boys hostel and 1 girls hostel. The food provided at the mess is clean but not tasty. THere is wifi connectivity availeble too.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
