There is no admission exams nor any tests getting the admission is very easy the college even has a very low cutoff so anyone can easily manage to get admission there's special quota for catholic minority and the basic quota too
I chose the course as it aligned with my career making and its a moderate course even if not attended you can easily pass the exams if you study a week before the faculty was nice teaching is somewhat okay to understand you have to attend every lecture go get caught up
The college does not provide any internships too as above mentioned there are career counseling seminars and other workshops that happen but there's no intership given as college doesn't have any contact with companies
The college does not provide placement to any of the students but there are multiple career guidance seminar and lectures that they provide also contact with different institutions and advertising are done if you have any doubt regarding they will help
For the first year the fee for bcom is ?4500 and for the second year it's 6000 and for the third year based on the optional subject you choose it can go upto ?8000 this completes all the expenses that are compulsory to be paid apart from this if you take part in extra curricular activities or add on courses you have to pay additional fees for the same
The college follows all the major events such as starting from freshers party to valentine's week garba week and all the small celebrations and one major College fest of the year Sports also has a significant importance as the college has its own gym , ground, activity corner etc There's no social group of the college
There's no hostel facility provided by the college and no pg in the area too as most of the students are local and some that come from far away choose the option to commute as there's no other option trains make it affordable and simple there's a canteen in the college premises
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
