Good aspect of my college is that it's compulsory to take an additional course along with the degree They let you choose between 3 courses Office management, Travel and Tourism and one more The bad aspect is that the additional course fees is not told or mentioned in the payment receipt for degree course So can't keep a track of how much you're spending on additional course
I always wanted to do Bachelor of commerce So I chose the Bachelor of commerce degree as permanent one alongside I chose Travel and tourism for an additional course which was available for me as I scored a little less in higher secondary school
Second year bachelor of commerce I was offered an internship at Airport I was at DATA Entry it was great Amazing package Great time for the job so I didn't have to dropout anything out of my schedule
Placements provided here are great !!!! Amazing job opportunities I remember the opportunities I got for Airlines executive Also during my second year they provided an internship Which was so great it was so well settling with my studies time management
Registration fees is 5000 You can either pay in installment for 3-4 months Depends on what additional course you have chosen Example I have taken Travel and Tourism so the extra amount is 25000 But that's not included or mentioned in the fees payment method You can also pay full amount 17000 in one go But the other 25000 is additional so you have to pay accordingly
Campus is amazing My college provides various opportunities to learn and connect to the world Social events often are arranged in my college for the Students to improve their skills And to push them towards A healthy social life
My college doesn't provide hostels or pg As it is already a school and a degree college Food quality is OK Not so good not so bad Though it can be improved but I think you can't expect much from college food as it's affordable but not great
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
