For the admission in any technical Bachelor degree in maharashtra there is a entrance exam known as MHT CET on the basis of the score you can go through CAP (centralized admission process ) where you can fill the college list you are looking for and if you have scored enough you will be allotted with the college that you have filled in the list. In my case my elder brother was a alumina of that college so i have preferred that college. The principal of that college was in contact with my father so these factors make to choose this college
Overall the Faculty is good enough that can co operate with you and in case you have some problem in college on complain they will definitely help and try to resolve the problem as much as they can Now about academics, the lectures are on time overall study centric environment pretty good campus area supportive seniors are some positives. But course curriculum is a back drawing factor although this college is university affiliated but still the course curriculum is too outdated that creates a technology gap which is a damaging factor for individuals career.
Yes, I do have done an internship when i was in 1st yr although it was a unpaid internship but at that time the experience that effectively boosted my resume that was more important for me. After that internship i have i have got some more opportunities for internship from our TPO.
There are few local recruiters that do provide some placement opportunities to students on a generic packages as they are local companies the overall work culture and package is not good enough to justify the BTech.
The total fees is 70,000 rs and the scholarship amount depends on you cast and reservation category like in my case its 50% of tution fees so i have to pay around 35000 per year including all other expenses like library fees, development fees and other expenses. I am a day scholar so there is no hostel or mess fees in my case.
College has a pretty good campus life where almost every festival is celebrated. Different student associations plays a vital role in organizing and conduction these events whether its a technical or non technical event. also the department wise clubs that brings a collaborative working element in the college life. These all creates a fruitful environment in the college. The infrastructure is like just enough and just fulfills its purpose it is quite old but not there is noticeable improvement in it like new systems and equipment
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
