- One of the things I truly appreciate about Rizvi Law College is the faculty. The professors are not just knowledgeable in their respective fields; they are also very approachable and willing to help students outside of class.
- While the infrastructure isn't the most modern, it’s functional and meets our basic needs. The classrooms are spacious enough for discussions, and the library, despite needing some updates, has a good collection of essential law books and resources for research
Dislikes
- Limited Extracurricular Activities While the college does have some clubs, the range of extracurricular activities is somewhat limited. There aren’t many options outside of the legal sphere, like cultural or sports clubs, which can make it hard for students with diverse interests
- I find disappointing is the lack of a structured placement cell. Unlike some other law schools, Rizvi doesn’t have a dedicated team that helps students secure internships and job placements. While many students are proactive and find opportunities on their own, it can be challenging for those who might not have connections in the legal field

Good Aspects of Rizvi Law College Affiliation and Recognition: The college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and recognized by the Bar Council of India , ensuring that students receive a valid, recognized law degree. Location: Situated in Mumbai, one of India’s legal and financial hubs. While Rizvi Law College provides the necessary facilities for students, some aspects of the infrastructure, such as study spaces may not be as advanced or updated as in other top tier law schools. Although the college offers practical experience and opportunities, the formal placement cell and career services could be more robust in connecting students with high profile law firms and companies. Admissions are based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law (MHCET Law). The MH CET Law exam assesses candidates in areas such as legal aptitude, general knowledge, logical reasoning, and English.

I chose the law course at Rizvi Law College because I have a strong interest in understanding the legal system and how laws affect people’s lives. The teachers at Rizvi Law College are highly qualified, with many having advanced degrees in law (LL.M. and Ph.D.) from recognized universities. They have specializations in various branches of law such as constitutional law, criminal law, and corporate law. The teaching at Rizvi Law College is a mix of theoretical and practical approaches. Classes cover core legal concepts, but the emphasis is on applying those concepts through case studies, moot courts, and group discussions. Placement Experience :
As a student of Rizvi Law College, I’ve found that the placements and job opportunities here can be a bit of a mixed bag. While the college doesn’t have a very structured placement cell like some of the larger law schools, it doesn’t mean there are no chances for getting a job after graduation. Although the college doesn’t host a large number of recruiters on campus, a few mid-sized law firms and legal consultancies do occasionally visit. The number of offers made is generally limited compared to other institutions, and most placements happen through personal connections and internship experiences. I’ve heard of some classmates landing positions at local law firms, but it's more about networking and proactive job searching rather than formal campus placements. I’ve heard from seniors that starting salaries for fresh graduates typically range from ?3-5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) for junior associates or legal consultants at smaller firms.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 25500 for a year all inclusive of tuition fees,development fees etc(1000 for registration fees) The fees for sc/st is 5k less There are no scholarships or financial aid available for students as of now
Campus Life :
Life at Rizvi Law College is pretty balanced. The student crowd is quite diverse, and that brings a lot of different perspectives and energy to the campus. Most of us bond over group assignments, moot court prep, and, of course, chilling out between classes. Social life is good, but it's a law college, so naturally, the academics take center stage Fest and Events One thing I really look forward to every year is the college fest, Legala, which usually happens in February. It’s a mix of cultural activities, debates, quizzes, and sports. The moot court competitions are a highlight, but there’s also room for some fun with talent shows and performances. Sports aren’t a major focus at Rizvi, but there’s some action during the annual fest. You’ll find events for cricket, football, and a few indoor games like chess and table tennis. If you’re into sports it’s fun but not super competitive.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
