- First of all faculties are very supportive and helpful in nature. We can freely call them whenever we face any kind of doubt.
- Overall campus life is amazing you will enjoy every moment.
- Infrastructure is also getting developed as per the demand and requirement of the students.
Dislikes
- In campus sometimes cooler don't work and that too during summer season.
- University exam is conducted in month of May and in December which majority of students hate.
- College is using black board. They need to use white board.
Remarks :
The reason I choose this college because of the faculties and facilities. Faculties are very helpful and polite in nature and provide proper guidance. During admission no group discussion, interview or written test were held.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course is mainly for management students. Those who belong to business background or having interest in business can easily get the concept. I also belong to business family that's why I have choosen this course. Teaching method of faculties are overall good and there notes are also very helpful for exam preparation. Exam are not so difficult as it depends upon the understanding level of students. However there are 2 pre University exams are conducted. Scholarship is provided by government for STs, SCs and OBCs.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted any internship because I was busy in my own work as I belong to business family. But lot of companies such as Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, Skechers and many more offer internship to the students. Interested students can take part in internship and need to perform different roles such as salesman, product arrangement, cashier. Stipend is around 4000 to 7000 depends upon the work.
Placement Experience :
After completion of the course different companies visits the college for recruitment and select the capable students based upon their academic performance and participation in other activities. Average package is around 2LPA.
Campus Life :
Campus life is kind of memory making. Because you will not feel alone all are very friendly in nature either they are junior or senior. Seniors are always ready to help their colleagues. At September month a fest is conducted in Disha College which is named as Disha Fest. In this fest college look completely different and vibe gets full of fun. Lots of book and journals are available in library. Sports and extracurricular activities are also conducted after the exam gets over. Different instagram handles are operated by the students to give the updates about the activities going on or going to held in college to students. There is canteen in our college but no hostel is there. In the local area around 3km lots of PG and private hostels and flats are available.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
