I chose this college because the infrastructure seemed really nice to me but when I actually saw the inside of the classrooms it was really bad because as it turns out only one or two buildings have really nice interior and classes but quality of the rest of them is really bad. There was no GD/PI or any exam for my course. I was selected on the basis of jee score.
I chose this course because I want to join my father in his company and I felt this course will help me build a nice foundation of basics of the industry in which he works. The faculty all seem sufficiently qualified and are considerably good in their respective fields. There are two exams in each semester, one mid term after 3 months of the semester start and the end term exam approximately 2 months after the mid terms. The exams are quite difficult and many children are unable to pass certain subjects even after many tries.
The yearly fee is 255000 which is paid in two installments. It is not increasing and is constant for the entirety of the course. There is scholarship available for students from foreign countries, for students with high grades and for students who play professional sports. One of my friend's fees who is from Oman is less than half of what people from India have to pay.
There are many annual fests conducted in the college like RIDE, Aarohan etc. which you can help organize and actually learn some real skills. The library is really nice as there are many books available regarding the same topic so there is never any shortage for you to learn. The classrooms on the other hand are really bad like its really hot and there is t even an AC and the benches are terrible and really uncomfortable. There isn't any facility for sports except for a basketball court which really sucks. There are many clubs in the college for anything you can think of like dance, music, psychology, robotics, media, photography, etc.
The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
Student must pass all the Sem for the placement or college is new thats why there was no records about placement, My after the degree to be a indie game developer and build an aweosom game with the help of C++
