- Faculty of School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University are very hardworking and they believe that every student should be well disciplined and attentive in the class while attending their lectures. Faculty members make sure that each and every student's attention is on the topic of study or discussion happening in the lecture.
- Representation of various culturals and respect of all the cultures is seen in the university. Various cultural fests also happen in the campus.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very bad. Graphic Era Hill University is just a big old building with limited classes. The campus gets and looks more depressing in winter time.
- The university is overcrowded with students. Sometimes there is no classroom available for a class to take place.
Remarks :
Percentile of class 10th and 12th was required with a mark sheet of both while taking admission/during the admission process. No interview was faced before the admission which is sort of a bad thing.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Graphic Era Hill University, School of Law has made drastic improvement. All the faculty members are well qualified and good teachers. Their teaching method is very effective. We appear twice for exams in a single semester, one being the mid term examination and other, final term examination.
Placement Experience :
New placement team is set for placement in school of Law, Graphic Era Hill University. The team is known as "Placement cell" with many members who take care of their various roles in the team. The cell is managed by a head and that head is a law faculty only.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees can be paid in 2 types with first being yearly/annual basis and second being semester wise/in every 6 months. Students who are from Uttarakhand get domicile discount which automatically is reflected in the fee.
Campus Life :
Grafest is one of the biggest and lavishly held college fests of the city Dehradun. It usually takes place in May, annually. Availability of book is top notch in the libraries. There are man clubs in the society which conduct various events both, intra and inter

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
