- i appreciate that our college provides well equipped laboratories which are essential for hands on learning in our course. The library is also well stocked, providing us a vast collection of reference books, journals and e-resources that assist in our research and study needs. The faculty members are also highly knowledgeable and approachable , often beyond lecture hours to clarify doubts and guide us . Their real world experience also helps us in relating our coursework to actual industry practices.
- Campus life is vibrant with numerous clubs and events that serve to a range of interests , from academic clubs related to our course to cultural events that allow us to explore our creativity. overall i've enjoyed my time at the college because of its strong focus on providing well - maintained educations, supported by a blend of academic rigor and extracurricular engagement. It's great environment for personal and professional growth
Dislikes
- while the labs are well-maintained, sometimes the number of workstations can be limiting when classes are large Adding more seating and increasing the number of workstations could could make a positive impact Also, sometimes due to syllabus load, there's limited time for interactive or practical applications of concepts in class. A bit more focus on hands- on learning or project based learning could make a difference.
- it would be nice to see more academic or industry networking events to connect with alumni or professionals in the field of pharma. Also, additional common areas for students to socialize or study between classes to enhance the experience
Remarks :
This college has strong foundation in the field of pharmacy education that it particularly focus on practical learning. its alumni have done well in both academic and industry careers which added to my confidence in choosing this institution. The college has dedicated placement cell with strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry which was important to me. 3- The college encourages a balanced lifestyle with a mix of academic and extracurricular activites. The vibrant campus culture and numerous clubs as i wanted an environment where i could grow both professionally and personally. Admission process included my personal interview, question focussed on my motivation for pursuing a pharmacy degree and general knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Course Curriculum Overview :
curriculum is well structured and updated regularly. Academically, this college maintains high standards. the course load is challenging but rewarding. regular assessments and projects encourage critical thinking and application of knowledge the faculty members are highly qualified bringing both academic expertise and practical experience.
Internships Opportunities :
yes, i recently completed 1-month industrial internship at Abyys Pharma, where i gained hands on experience in manufacturing process and quality control procedures. This internship provided me with practical exposure to industry practices in quality control and quality analysis. The college offers strong support for internships by collaborating with various pharmaceutical companies and research labs. The placement cell aids students in finding internship that matches their interests and career goals where they can gain real-world experience in QA, regulatory affairs , R&D etc.
Placement Experience :
the college has a dedicated placement cell that works actively to connect students with reputable pharmaceutical companies and healthcare firms. Our college ties ups with well known companies like Sunpharma, Cipla, Dr Reddy laboraties , Mankind etc. Many students secure position in the role such as Quality Analyts, Research Associate and some of them opt for high education in top institution like NIPER in India and abroad too.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees- 8,401,221 for 4years. scholarship included: Based on merit score girl child Need based scholarship for economically weak sections research grants- available to those students who are engaging in approved research projects. government scholarships- provided by state or central govt.

Life of our campus is quite vibrant offering variety of clubs , cultural events and many more activities that serve to many intrests. There's always something happening from academic seminars and workshops and tournaments.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
