Remarks :
Firstly I made a research in Google and YouTube , it is one of the popular one in my state. I took an admission by writing an entrance exam test called kcet. I had a rank of 7390 in SC quota and admitted in first round. The cutoff for aided seat general quota is around 3000 ,for unaided general quota is around 4000 and for North Karnataka students it is around 7000. Firstly the campus has lushy green which makes us cool in hot sun.almost every student get placed each year. The campus is 500acres approx but more of which waste land. In each building there are two department branches. Since it is famous college the university still don't have new latest branches like AI,Data science,Areonotical etc. The scholarship section staffs are not cooperative. They make students feel uneasy or uncomfortable with their talks and behaviour. There is some partiality for management quota students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course that I chose is Computer Science and Engineering. The curriculum is set as per standards that don't make us feel difficult in studying new courses. The faculties are all professors. Few are main professors, some are associate professor, and many are assistant professors. The professors and associate professor are almost PhD holders. Almost all faculties teach in a traditional way either through a black board or through a old pptx on screen. The syllabus change for every 3 years. Some hands on project is given each year. Odd sems are short and even sems are long. For each sem there is an exam, we should pass 3 tests and maintain the attendance of 80% . One makeup test will be given the get the eligibility to write the exam. The tests will have a half month gap between each of them. The examination paper will be set to a moderate level. Some with easy and tough and application questions
Internships Opportunities :
JP Morgan had called for Software development intern a stipend of 25000. Cisco called for Software development intern for a stipend of 98000 Fidelity called for role software development intern . VISA calls women for internship
Placement Experience :
There should be no backlogs for students. The CGPA must be maintained to be placed. Few recruiters are Nokia, L&T, Jaguar Cisco, J P Morgan, Accenture , Bosch etc. highest package as per now is 54 lakhs average pack is 15lakh. There is 80% placement each year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I got an aided seat through common entrance test (kcet). Yearly my tution fees is 16500, government fees is 380, University fees is 34680, examination fees is 4000,jss mahavidyapeeta fees is 5030. In first year they take 6000 extra as University fees. In final year convocation fees is 3000 and alumini fees is 500. There is also admission for kcet unaided seat,comedk seat and management quota. Kcet unaided seat has a total fees of 110000 approx. Comedk students hav 245000approx and management quota students have 255000approx. Only the tution fees vary for all of the students. There are two primary scholarship for all students with income restrictions that is NSP and SSP. I get a scholarship of 8000approx that is half of my tution fees. There is a university scholarship for fatherless students.
Campus Life :
Life at the University is peacefull. The main fest in the university is the Jayciana conducted each year in the month of March April. Other fests are club related. There is one huge library for the whole university students with numerous books for each branch. Journals are also present. For the updating syllabus the course prescribed books are very few. Even a separate reference section is maintained with some Journals, books, magazines etc. Even there is a seperate room for students pursuing competitive exams. Even there somewhere in a corner of the campus SC/ST book bank where they give category students 3 books for interested students for each semester that can be chosen by the students. Each sem students will be given 3 days of deadline to borrow the book for that sem by submitting related documents. There is atleast one club for each branch, which is directly handled by students. There are fests, events, games, websites organized by each club

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
MSc Physics at Christ

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
