Likes
- I like the crowd of the college ,it's totally depends on you that what kind of circle you want to be in .but crowd here is quite good and college life is going well till now.
- Campus Life is also quite good again I will say it's depend on your friend circle
Dislikes
- I will mention only one thing in infrastructure of our college which is the lifts of the college ,since last 2 months we are little stressed due to this lift problem ,other wise everything here is gud ,now one of our building is also getting renovated with new furnished class rooms.(UG building)
Remarks :
The Main Factor for me personaly is travel distance and then another important factor is that this college comes under top 10 IPU colleges ,and its good in accadmamics specially the course I have enrolled . Faculty here is cooperative and supportive ,but I will mention if you are searching the college campus wise and to just enroll and take the degree then you have many other options . Environment of the college is quite good .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is quite good ,I am pursuing BAJMC and this course is interesting and you can go for it if you want to explore the industry (media) and if you want to be more confident and more extrovert . Faculty here is very good .
Internships Opportunities :
Yes , I have did internship from July to August as a grafix designer and if you don't get internship the faculty will definitely helps you . It's compulsory for Us in second year to do Internship of minimum one month and maximum 3 months . At the end of the year A summer Training report get submitted for the grading system .Internship help us to explore the industry and our skills and it basically tells us that what are meant for after completion graduation. Some of my friends were unable to find internship due to x y z reason ,but college have provided them and helped them to opt their fields of interest .So Faculty here are good mentors .
Placement Experience :
Placemt drive takes place every year for final year students . Some good companies visits for hiring but being a student I will suggest not to depend on your college for job ( for every course ).Try to explore you skills and have some backup plans till you enter your final year it will help you to be independent in future
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In first Year we have paid 1,10000 including 10000 security deposit ,now in second year we have paid 95000/- ,It's affiliated to GGSIPU ,so the fee structure is according to that only ,there is not such high rise in the fees .
Campus Life :
Campus wise I will say there is not such a big campus it have two buildings opposite to each other . There are many clubs in the college and also societies ,for eexample - Dance society ,anchoring ,theatre ,Music etc overall 7 . If I talk about event thene very year in November a media fest takes place ...its coming again "Varchasva". Our college have a Gud auditorium where all the functions or gatherings take place .
Hostel Facilities :
There is no associated hostel of a college ,but there are many pg's and flats nearby which can be in your budget . It's situated at madhuban chawk and there is sec 7-8 (rohini) opposite the college so there are many flats and pg's .

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
