The admission process is pretty easy you just have to give GGSIPU entrance exam. From that exam you got your number and with the help of that number you have to do the choice filling and if you are lucky enough you will get the college. Their are many good aspects of the college like the faculty is very friendly, labs and library are pretty clean and organised as well. The bad aspects would be academic exams and attendance completion ????
The course is very well designed and the curriculum is pretty good. The faculty is very welled qualified and have a very good experience from very reputed colleges in India. The term exam will happen every 3 months just before our semester exam.
Yes I have done several internships during my graduation from the college. The college provide various internship opportunities for the students in various fields like marketing, sales, finance etc.
The placements and job opportunities is provided by the college itself. And college placement cell is doing very good work for the benefit of the students. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart etc came for the requirement as well. I opt for CAT so I didn't sit in the placements.
The fee structure is changing per year The first year fees is around 92000 Second year fees is around 86000 And last year is around 85000 The scholarship facility is also available in the college for the students in various categories.
The social life is pretty good as there are many colleges near by. The library is very well managed and every class contain projector and the class is very clean as well as the seats are very comfortable as well.
The college doesn't have a hostel. If ur looking to live in that area itself you have to get a pg or go for a flat which would be pretty expensive because of the area. The area which you can see is near pitampura metro station etc .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
