The thought behind choosing symbiosis center for media and communication was pretty clear for me, choosing Symbiosis International (Deemed University) opens an opportunity for experiencing, learning and understanding this field from within and leading me to a better skill development and unlock a new dimension to creativity... This degree teaches students the technical skills and social understanding required to write, manage and communicate to the general public about Entertainment, Business, Culture, Budget issues, etc through mass communication. To secure a seat in the college you need to clear SAT which is their written exam, then you have to clear PI which is the personal interview taken by the Deen and facilities
Course Curriculum Overview :
All our facilities are PHD'S having great teaching experience, they find creative ways to make the class interesting to the students . The course not only you given you great theoretical knowledge but also engaging practical knowledge to understand the subjects better
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
SCMC has a detailed fee structure given which can be paid in two installments which is 1,73,000 each installment that is the academic fee then comes the institution deposit which has to be paid with the first installment which is 20,000. Fee structure may vary every year because the college is very welcoming to bringing new concepts and techniques to the course for the students
Campus Life :
I would rate our college super fun and out going. People here are really friendly from staffs to our dear seniors all are really supportive and there for one if they are stuck at something . Our college prioritizes social and mental health of the students a lot. We have free counciling sessions within our campus to reach out for help anytime

An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
