- The college provides you number of facilities because all the facilities are provided in your same campus like photoshoot shope canteen ,nescafe area and big park areas many other facilities are also in this same campus are provided to you more ever gym facilities are also there. Four hostess are in this college even the temple is also in this college you will get you will also get dispensary Sick room and many other things like Atm , cobbler and so on
- Infrastructure of the college is also very good quite large campus area parking facilities are also there faculty members are also very good in nature even the gods are also good and more ever there is a one thing that you get bad in this college is there is a lot of strictness for hostelers regarding the timings
Dislikes
- Being the hosteler I dislike that there is no outing for them just 2 days outings are provided to us that are on Wednesday and Sunday or that is also for a very limited time
- Hostel wardens are also very strict this is also one of the think I don't like regarding that there is a lot of procedures to get the leave for the home.
Remarks :
So if you want to get an admission in this college there is not any entrance for undergraduate courses but for the post graduate course there is entrance test that is completely based on your GD and written test otherwise undergraduate courses there is just the eligibility of the marks you have scored in your school. Generally cut off is around 90 above.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have interest in accounting that's why I have choose the scores and moreover the faculty that provided to us is fully PhD candidates. Exams were conducted according to the PU calendar Punjab University calendar and mid semester exams are also there and also you get the prizes if you scored good marks at that time. Assessment mark school are calculated according to your mid semester exams and 20 marks you will get out of this if you score good marks in mid semester exams
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internship in this college because there are not many opportunities for that just the provided the placement opportunities just at the end of the year and the third year when you are.
Placement Experience :
If we talk about placement opportunities in this college the placement opportunities are very less for that one college because this is government college so mainly the placements that will be given are to the final year students. Generally the companies that will come are from Mohali and mostly calling sector jobes are there in this college. Package for this is around 4 lakh that is highest package otherwise it's just about 2-3 lakh. Only 10% students are selected for the placement in this college and it totally depends on the interview test series and written test that the companies will take for you
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fee of the course depends on the course you have choose for the BCom that I have chosen its all about 25000 and mainly all the courses are around that and for example if you are any SC ST student then your fee will be lower and almost it will be half so it will benefit for you. All the fee structure will be according to the University fee structure and if are any SC ST student and they have any lower lower income criteria then you are always eligible to get some scholarships from this college and there is no extra fees except the hostel fee that you have paid
Campus Life :
Campus life is really very good the campus area is very large this college is separated in many acres and more about there are many excurricular activities also then this college daily time to time sports activities are also conducted sports fests are also conducted and many societies like blood donation society and English societies are there in this college time to time blood donation camp is also organise and fests like joy of giving fests are mainly conducted by the bachelor of art students.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I am hostler and in this college you will get 4 hostels and the eligibility for getting the hostels is completed depend on your marks you have scored. Total expenses of hostels will be 4000 per month. Registration process for hostel is completely the documents that they have will send you on the WhatsApp group you just go with them. And the food quality is also good you will get three time meal in just 4000 . In breakfast you will get paranthas pickle butter and in lunch you will get to a type of vegetables along with rice and chapati salad similarly at night also so this is the hostel procedure

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
