- the basketball court was good helping students to relax a bit and having fun
- some faculties are just like friends so cool and always ready to help you out
Dislikes
- as i already told the curriculum and the method of teaching is just to score good in the sem exams and not to make students industry ready
- the cafeteria was just bad, the food was expensive and doesn't even tastes good
Remarks :
I had already done my bachelor's from the same college so i thought ut would be nice to complete my masters from the same college as there are very limited good colleges in dehradun which provides good placement opportunities
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum should be updated as new technologies are coming onto the market the college should give an overview for the future to the students. Still there colleges are teaching the same old stuff and their motive remains to make the students ready to score good in exams not ready for the real life challenges
Internships Opportunities :
college doesn't provide any kind of the internships they just told you to go and find a scholarship no matter what and provide them the certificate of internship and if you don't they will just going to blackmail you that they will debarred you in your semester exams
Placement Experience :
placements are quite good but this year being in recession only around roughly 50% of the course students were placed even less than that with not even so good packages but the recession isn't going to last forever so still hope for the best
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the half yearly fee is around 80k to 90k not so sure but graphic era provides good scholarship fo their courses first scholarship includes if you're a resident of uttarakhand and had a domicile of uttarakhand you get 25% off with that the other scholarships are given on the basis of your academic performance on your bachelors
Campus Life :
Not so good as graphic era hill University seems much more like a school campus with just only one building standing..... compared to other campus of graphic era .... tough the other amenities are good but still you will not feel like a college life there in graphic era hill University
Hostel Facilities :
i was a day scholar not opted for the hostel but as fas as I know my friends used to tell me the hostel provides good facilities and good food as compared to other college hostels, laundry services are also provided by the college. I rented a room near the College that was a but expensive as due to yhe existence of college so the demand was good there for rooms.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
