Remarks :
SRCC is Asia's no. 1 college of commerce which made it an obvious choice. I had to clear a written test named CUET for admission in this college. The cutoff for the CUET exam to get admission in SRCC was 782/800.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is Bcom hons. The course isn't very difficult as in the first semester many things are of class 12 only. The teachers are really well educated and they teach really well. We have authors of books teaching us here in the college itself !
Internships Opportunities :
I am in first year yet so I haven't opted for internship yet , the internship opportunities start from the 2nd year in the college. The average stipend is around 40k and the highest goes around 3.2 lakhs. The roles usually offered are of Business analysts.
Placement Experience :
The Placement season in SRCC starts in the start of the 3rd year itself. Alot of big companies visit the campus such as BAIN BCG MCKINSEY etc. Though the package is good but not everyone at SRCC gets placed. You need to have a very strong profile.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The detailed fee structure is not given to us. We are to pay an annual ammount of 33,500 rupees which includes everything. The fees trend is such that it has been increasing from the past few years due to the new facilities.
Campus Life :
The annual fest of the college is Crossroads which happens in the month of March. The Library is a huge 2 storey building with books of every genre. The sports complex of SRCC is one of its kind. The societies of the college are really active and rigorous.
Hostel Facilities :
Well I haven't opted for the hostel but from what I have heard from my friends is that the hostel infrastructure is in poor condition. We had ceilings falling last month in the hostel. The food is of decent quality. There are no ACs in the hostel.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
