- Even it is in Bangalore. With limited resources campus is good and very eco friendly.
- The importance that will given to the co curricular actives along side of education, i like the most.
Dislikes
- Coming to the campus you will have one block and you can find the whole college in it.
- Food is one of the main concern here and as campus is 40 acres you don't find much space to have privacy.
Remarks :
Amrita is also one of the best college in the private institutions. I have faced an written test to get into the college and general counselling process will be held and there you need to choose your favourite branch along with the course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Every faculty here are really knowledgeable persons. And with minimum PhD degree. Coming to course curriculum per semester you will be having 2- quizzes, 1 -assignment,1-mid term, 1-end semester. With 60 marks internals and 40 marks externals. Where end semester will be conducted to 100 and weighed for 40 marks. Quizzes each are conducted for 15 and weighed for 7.5 marks. Assignment is for direct 15 marks. Mid term is conducted for 50 and weighed for 30 marks. Coming to the difficulty level quiz-1
Placement Experience :
Placements to Amrita is really good. If your capable then campus is capable for getting the companies to the campus. Primary criteria is to not have a single backlog and after that according to your CGPA you need to apply to the companies. Every year around 98% people get placed. At present running placements highest in Bangalore campus is 52lpa. And average is 9.8lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As of to the academic year I joined, I have joined the college with slab-1 fee structure.where the general fee structure is 260000,there are 3slabs ,slab-1 where you have to pay 260000 and you will get a scholarship of 160000 in return.slab-2 where you have to pay 260000 and you will get a scholarship of 100000 in return. Slab-3 you have to pay 260000 and don't get a scholarship. You must maintain CGPA accordingly to maintain your scholarship every year.
Campus Life :
Infrastructure is good. Life at campus is also good, as it is Bangalore it is very easy to communicate with people and social life you will have a new experience.i personally feel if there was some extra and some what better infrastructure it would be good.
Hostel Facilities :
Coming to the menu it excites you in the beginning, when years passes you get bored of it somedays it will be good and somedays it will be worst. They don't even change the menu atleast for a year. Coming to the facilities in hostel free wifi is available, every floor will have drinking water facility, combined bathrooms,4 persons per room. And free structure for hostel is 1 lakh per year with 10-15k caution deposit.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
