The placement history of the college is far better than any other colleges in Andhra Pradesh, which made me choose the college along with its rich library and excellent faculty services. The faculty and study is the main good aspect and infrastructure is the bad aspect. You need to write exam named EAPCET to enter the college where the branch wise ranks are- CSE under 4000, CSD under 6000, CSM under 7000, ECE under 10 to 12k, etc. Or you can directly get the seat by choosing management quota where you have to pay additional amount to enter the college.
The course curriculum is choosen by experienced faculty with a discussion among others and from experienced faculty of NIT's.The academics and faculties are the main assert of the college because there are teachers who completed their PHd's in IIT's and who are gifted with huge amounts of knowledge which will definitely help the students. I choose CSE because there is a lot future scope in the course and it's most demanded course. Exams will be for every 2 to 3 months and difficulty would be moderate.
I didn't applied for any internship as I'm a fresher. I would be coming to third year in 2025 where I would be having a chance to get placed or do an internship as I would be more aware of what is what then.
The eligibility is based on the company. The company will select students or the students can select the application to company bythier CGPA. And there will be a written exam and a interview round where you will be questioned on their skills and the projects they have done
Year wise fees-76900 rupees and an additional 10000 rupees must be payed for labs and library.2,27,000 is the fee for management students and students with merit can get a scholarship called JVD, where entire college fees will be payed by government of Andhra Pradesh.
There are events like freshers which would be conducted after joining of new students. There are huge amount of books in library where you can even get the text books and programming languages books and complete topics can be read from those books. We even have different compititions for indoor games like chess, Table tennis etc. major outdoor sports like cricket is also played and tournaments are also conducted. There are so many social clubs which will help the youth and old people.
Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.
The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.
Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.
The average annual hostel fee is around Rs. 48,000 per student (or roughly Rs. 3,000 - 4,000 per month. The campus offers separate hostels for boys and girls with furnished rooms. Students note that the rooms are kept tidy, well-lit, and offer options for both single and shared occupancy.
In my college, the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.
Students generally are eligible for placements after completion of 3rd year. Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
Job opportunities are countless for the students who are skilled. Both software and core jobs placements can be observerved in a wide range. Many multi national companies like deloitte, infosys, snovasys, TCS, Accenture are tied up with the campus for conducting drives.
placements are good compared to many other college in the area. many companies like deloitte , hexaware , moldtek, ctrls, zf technologies, accenture , infosys, tcs, coditas, rithwik enterprises recruit every year from our college
There are good placements are going on on this university to crack a job interviews and minimum packages are got by some and most got more packages and the more more companies are coming to this university and when we have skill and discipline only we get placement job otherwise we won't get job.
