Yes, for the selection, the 1st criteria is to clear the snap with 90% and above, after that there will be a GD and then PI. The college will evaluate the candidates based on their performance in GD and PI and snap score.
The course curriculum is specially made to face the challenges in the real corporate world where in the 1st semester, the students need to know about every specialisation and common management studies, and from the 2nd semester onwards some subjects will be elective based on their specialisation. Faculties are good here , but the visiting faculties are the best. If I want to rate in- house faculty i will rate then 5 out of 10 whereas the visiting faculties are 10 on 10 .
yes , I opted for the internship opportunity given by the college, I cant state the name of the company here but the stipend was 20k only and it was mostly work from home. The roles will be aligned to your specialisation , but the stipends are not that attractive except marketing , which is the flagship programme of the college
Internships are not that much good here , as our batch stuggle to get into an internship, day 0 companies are good here , but after that every company will give you a low stipend and the roles are also not that much exciting.
The fees structure is semester wise , where the candidate have to pay after every semester for the next semester and the scholarship are available as per the category and also available as per the candidate’s performance all over the semester. Fees may increase as it includes hostel and mess charges which can change year to year
Therr are many social activities that a student can be a part of, rounds and interviews are being held for the selection . The cultural clubs are great here, where the organise a 2 days amazing fest with lots of fun games and activities. I am a part of music club, its good actually like after a hectic day , everyone sit for a jamming session and a meme page is also there , its kinda fun tbh
the mess food is not good at all . hostel are very good , specially when you will shift to other hostel in 2nd year the rooms are perfect. The campus is good, playground, swimming pool, gym, common library, study enclosure every infrastructure is there for you.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
