I got this college because i was misunderstood that this college comes under north campus because google shows that shyam lal college comes under main campus, but there no such regret , i have good experience here
I chose this course just because i wanted and undergraduate degree for persuing law So i chose a degree which can help me build the basics in history and political science. Every semester exams are conducted and difficulty is average
No i haven't opted for any internship but my friends who are into internships tell me that average companies provide internship here. Not so good , not so bad The most famous company i saw last year was muthoot finance
Students often need to be proactive in seeking internships and jobs, and many rely on external job fairs or online job portals. The college's reputation for academics is decent, but for those seeking high-end corporate roles, extra effort through internships, skill development, and networking may be necessary. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for a flexible schedule, but students should be prepared to invest in additional career-building efforts.
The course which i selected is Ba program and fees of my course is 12500 per year So if i add my fees of 4 years Its almost 50000 above So its in budget college, and its not like less fees , less facilities, Its just a myth ... You'll get all facilities here
To be honest, infrastructure is not very out of league , it is average but the crowd there , the people of college and faculty are so good that it doesn't matter about the infrastructure . Helping faculty is available too
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
