- Campus life is very good here with good and friendly environment.
- Most of the faculties are also very helpful.
- Good environment with less academic burden.
Dislikes
- Engineering campus is a bit far from City which creates slightly difficult in travelling for Tech Events.
- Few of the faculties are very rude and biased as well but most of the faculties are friendly and helpful.
- Few of the hostel staffs only speak local language but you can take help from your local friends.
Remarks :
The main factor that attracted me to join Jain University is it's location. Being Computer Engineering student, bangalore is best place to explore Tech Companies and events. But engineering college is 30-35km far from Main bangalore city which makes abit more difficult in travelling. The admission process here is very simple, if you have cleared JEE Mains exam then you can directly take admission otherwise you need to write JET (Jain Entrance Test) exam to take admission here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Being very enthusiast about Computer and Programming i choose BTech- CSE. Course Curriculum and Academics keeps updating every year which is very beneficial for all the students. Faculties are also good here, most of them are either PhD graduated or they are pursuing PhD. Notes and resources will be provided by the faculties on time along with industrial visits as well. Every semester two internal exams will be their in every 1.5-2 months and regular studying students can easily pass those exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I have been placed into Ankercloud Technologies for the role of Software Engineer through college placement only with package of 8LPA. I have also worked with 4 clients from Europe on building their AI business platforms.
Placement Experience :
Placements and Job opportunities here are good. Many companies visit every year with good packages as well. Students must have more than 65-70% in their 10th, 12th and Bachelor's to be eligible for the placements. The average package is in between 6-7LPA and highest package is of 42LPA for the role of Software Engineer and other roles as well. More than 90% students get placed every year. Companies like Oracle and Groww recently visited college with 15LPA+ package and few of the students were also offered for the role of Software Engineer and ML Engineer.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The full fee without scholarship at Jain University for BTech Specialization course is more than 400000 per year but if you have cleared JEE Mains or JET (Jain Entrance Test) then you will be offered with the fee of 350000. All the tuition fees, registration fees, admission fees and lab fees will be included in that only but Rs.1500 should be seperately paid for the exam fee every semester. For other courses like CSE (general) and Civil, Aerospace Engineering, the fee is in between 250000-300000.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very good here. Variety of students come here from diverse communities. Many clubs and forums are here in college like Google Developer Student Clubs, Microsoft Campus Ambassador. The biggest fest in Jain University are Infinity which happens every here in the between January-March and other sports events also keeps on happening every months.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel here is a bit expensive. Furnitures and infrastructures are good along with decent food quality. It might be little difficult for north students at the beginning but eventually you will be used to. Hostel registration can be done during or after admission at college. Students can first visit hostel and taste the mess food before taking hostel admission.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
