Yesss! To take admission in this college in Btech/BE program, one needs to clear mht-cet entrance exam and the minimum percentile should be 91 to take entry in core branches and for tech branches percentile should be atleast 94-95..
Course curriculum is fine it starts from 8:30 in the morning and ends at 4:30: 5:30 in evening.. Academics are quiet hactic we need to give ISE1, ISE2, ISE3, IE before End-sem examination... One need to submit all sheets, assignments and projects on time which makes the academics hactic but it is manageable.... Mostly Faculties are supportive expect 1-2..
If ai didn't got the placement for campus than I will try it off campus but I'm second and third year we need to work on projects to get a good placement... By the way I am thinking for masters in foriegn countries....
The overall fees of college for one year Btech/BE program is 1,59,500 and then they take some extra charges of around 8000-10000... But there is a government scholarship available in college and that is EBC... If your family yearly income is less than 8 lakhs than you can take the benefits of this scholarship.. I am a general student and not falling in the the ebc category so I paid 1,59,500..
Campus is overall good.... Social life is nice.. College organises social events but the timings of events doesn'tatch with first year students schedule like it takes place during our ISEs... But the conducted event is overall good... Infrastructure is also good.
No, I have not taken hostel... I used to rltravel by local train daily it takes hardly 2.5 hours in travelling daily from virar to borivali it takes approx 45-50 minutes... So it is manageable that is why I didn't took hostel of college
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
