The university really caught my attention when it became the first public private university of India plus my older brother is a passout of the same college and i heared alot of postive comment about the university when made me choose it. Well for the admission we go through an interview in which they ask about the university and about the course you've chosen and some courses even have written entrance exam for admissions the cut-off requirment is 65% and above I assume. I am not sure because I had got less in my puc but still got a seat in bsc.
I chose this course which includes microbiology, biology and chemistry because I really like digging down on tiny organism and i wanted to explore the field widely but ofcourse I am confused right now aswell because of the syllabus and the truth that I have to deal with chemistry The faculty members are highly qualified and very witty people, the teaching method as per me is the nice as they teach us everything and help us with the learning even if we're stuck, for example I am very weak in chemistry but all the teachers in the chemistry department made sure that I won't feel the same about chemistry when I passout and they promised me to help me cop up with it while studying In first year there are 2 semester each semesters have mid sem and final sem exam and ofcourse class test also are conducted according to the respected teachers The difficulty level of exam I would say moderate but sometimes it can be hard too. They don't ask for any repeated questions in exams
The fees varies according to the course and language chosen. I paid 80,000 for my course all round for one year which I think will be the same for the next two years aswell Now my batchmate who have chosen foreign language for their second language have a different fee structure it does varies according to the language they have chosen For example 1,25000 or maybe more or less In the class group of the university they send pdf's about different scholarships and how to apply I have never really tried but I will do so,soon
The main fests of the college is prathiba which is mostly conducted in the month of October which I honestly did not like much as there were too many delays in the events the event organiser did not do much and the fresking team was also not really proper..and visages which is mostly conducted on January/February. The university Library has a wide range of book option to opt, they have a lot of books biographies, autobiography and more and the Library also have a a section for personal computer we can use the computer,The class room is spacious and each class room has a projector a screen a blackboard and a notice board etc Sports is very important in sju for sports there's a special event called Pegasus in which interclass intercollegiate competition,Students run a large number of associations in the university where the students can be involved and be a heads of their own associations and encourage others to join in it also. The associations run by students are WMA,open hearts etc
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
