Good aspects - good teaching staff, good infrastructure, well maintained computer labs and classrooms Bad aspects- no good management for any of the process, whether it be scholarship process, hall ticket collection, no use to lift for students Admission process is actually pretty easy, and there are no test or interview taken before the admission, during the admission process you have to pay atleast 25% of the annual fee first then only your admission is confirmed.
Faculty are well experienced with good experience, we have projectors in our classrooms and teachers make use of that projectors to teach effectively, there are 2 term exams every year according to university schedule, 1st term exam is around October -november and 2nd term exam is around march-april. And the supervision is strict during exams, and difficultly level is mid -high.
Till now there are only 2 companies visited in our college like moglix, persistent systems and they were pretty good for freshers. Most of the student applied for placements but only skilled one were placed in the companies.
The yearly fees for me in the first year was approx 53000 and in second year it was approx 52000 and in third year it is 51845, the latest fee structure of open category is divided into many different types like tution fees-21800, laboratory fee-25345 and like extra 4500-5000 rs as gymkhana fees, student activities fee equally divided according to the structure.
There are multiple events hosted in the college like navratri celebration, bollywood day, mismatch day, traditional day, etc and talking about books and journal in the library, books are available and journals are also available when needed i didn't find any problem related to library and amenities in the classrooms are projectors available in all the class and college is adapting the use of smart boards for teaching, students have there own erp id which can be used to log in into the website and pay fees, apply for bonafide certificates, admission in the next year, etc.
I have not opted for hostel as I live nearby my college with my family, but after listening to my friends experience the hostel is pretty good for those who live faraway and food is also good and of good quality. my friends have been paying around 45000 per year for boys hostels and same for girls hostel too
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
