Remarks :
I joined GITAM University Bangalore through KCET, which had a defined cutoff for admissions. The good aspects of the college are excellent faculty, infrastructure, and placement opportunities, though the fee structure is on the higher side. Preparing for KCET involved regular study, practicing mock tests, and focusing on key topics in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Internships Opportunities :
I have completed a summer internship in college focused on Agile methodologies, PCB design, and a 555-timer circuit project, along with online internships involving project management and technical skills.
Placement Experience :
Placements at GITAM University Bangalore are strong, with top recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, and Infosys offering roles. The highest package reaches 12-15 LPA, the average being 4-6 LPA, and over 85% of eligible students secure placements, primarily in IT and management profiles.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Gitam University Bangalore charges approximately 1.5-2.5 lakhs per year for most undergraduate programs, with fees varying slightly based on the course. Additional fees include registration, admission, and lab charges, which are clarified during admission. Scholarships such as the merit-cum-means scholarship and sports scholarships are available to support students. Fee increases are marginal annually.

Hostel Facilities :
I don't know exactly about hostel fees and everything because i am a day scholar, when i asked my friends who are hostellers they said that everything is good like food, room and so on. But the fees is more.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
