- I love the campus life over here , from the greenery , to away from city life hustle, good education, well to do with sports,
- I like the infrastructure and amenities that they provide over there a student can comfortably live
Dislikes
- Campus being located in car away place from city leads us to get isolated from world and we don't know what going outside of the campus . Which would lead to live in a city
- Mentality of students and faculty. With major focus on academics they don't focus on excellence and other things that a students need to get a good job . With everyone being in their comfort zone leads people not grow vs the students that live in city
Remarks :
Good aspect is that The college lays it's major focus on academics , i.e builds a mentality where in you score good marks throughout the 3 years Which helps students to get a good grip on Pharmaceutical knowledge. Ranked 11th in NIRF for this course Having the tag of Nmims attracts alot of companies to hire you , with 100% placement assistance that nonither college gives you , with a avg package of 8-9LPA that no other college provides . We can take admission by giving nmimscet exam for my course and MHCET for Bpharm only . You need to get ranked in 500 to get your seat , my merit list was 343. And with that you should have scored above 45% in board exam.you would be merited out and if you qualify that you can take direct admission.Nmimscet generally consists of 11th and 12th PCB+general aptitude+ english vacbulary or recent affairs as it's syallabus for exam
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is well divided through 5 years consisting 10 semesters It's quiet hectic tho . With 9-6 a day drains you to such amount and you have no time to do other things to do other activities. I chose this course due to future scope of medicines in terms of sales and business which could be a good career option for me . With the term MBA to it it would save me 1 year of less academics. And I don't have to give CAT exam . Faculty over here a average major senior faculties have left to different colleges and rest senior faculties are very good with their subjects. Junior faculties are not experienced and dint have the calibre to handle the class . Each faculty being a PhD scholar it guaranteed that you are able to understand each and every subject and only if you want to . Our exams are divided on the basis of semesters. Each semester exam comes once in every 5 months with 2 internal exam within this time period. The difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities :
Bring a 2nd year student I have not done any intership, but I would do internship after 4th semester in vacations. Internship is given by college as industrial training and management internship. With mentors having good contacts help students get assigned to companies and after internship students have to provide a report of what they have learnt as internal marking .
Placement Experience :
Placement are very good as compared to other colleges with avg CTC of 8-9 LPa due to mba we opt in Mumbai . With good placement cell and assurance to 100% placement. There are 2 internships done in 5 years 1st internship - industrial internship for 28 days which can be outsourced by yourself or else company will proved you . 2nd- management intership at 4th year for 3 months which on other hand is difficult to bag if sourced by campus and if you have food contacts you can do it by your own. Numerous companies comes for recruitment Be it lupi Zydus Cadilla Intas Etc Placement criteria is you should have a good cgpa And different companies provides toh different roles . With highest package till date has been 20LPA CTC and avg 8-9LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is divided as per year 1st 3 years of SHIRPUR campus costs you 1st year -2,75,000 2nd yr- 2,65,000 3rd yr - 3,00,000 And later the 2 years in Mumbai 4th yr- 4,50,000 5th yr -4,50,000 There's no scholarshipfrom college, and all categories have to pay the same amount Be it OBC,SC/ST, GEN. Everything from admission fees to lab fees etc everything is is included in this amount
Campus Life :
This a campus thats very green and clean . With all sort of amenities. Clean and maintained washrooms , Fresh mess food is prepared. We have in house theatre, seminar halls , Ac equipped class rooms . Decent labs , good standardized people come here to study . With many clubs from art to finance annual fest takes place once in a year-prothsahan a 3days which is flagship event in march Flavium sports event of each stream takes place in January for the whole month Tech fest take place for 3-5 days in February Freshers party- in October for a single day Campus contains excellent well equipped library Sports facility is good campus has 2 badminton and lawn tennis court 1 basketball and volleyball court , well equipped gym , 1 cricket and football ground. Table tennis , 8 ball pool , squash , swimming pool Atrangi club Finance club finance Harmony singing 4 dance club Caf+prothsahan club for organizing fest Learntech,gdsc for technical development Vistaar,ambiora-tech club
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for a hostel that costs you 1,65,000 for the message and hostel both Good food isnserved which is fresh with no nonveg allowed in Campus . But you can get eggs whise cost should come out of your pocket as extra . During summers you can pay 5000/- extra monthly to get ac rooms . Washrooms are maintained well and constant 24*7 power supply. Hostel is registered in admission department when you come to the campus

Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods.
