- There is no function that held our college means the college wasn't celebrate the function .
- Very less holidays in our college it had only government holiday no local holidays and the class duration in our college in very much long.
Remarks :
The factor that made me to choose the college is the good infrastructure of this college, and the location of the college, at last I also happy that the placement was given by the college to the student.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Master in Computer Application is a course that it has very much scope in future and it was the dream of my childhood days to became a software engineer or to work in a software Companies. Faculty teaching are very good all facilities are highly qualified and they understand a subject very fluently. Exams are held in every month that called modular test the after modular test at the end semester will held. The exam was quite difficult but all the students are scored good marks in those exams .
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, college provide intership according which language you choose. It is 4 months two months after 2nd semester and another two months after 3rd semester. Companies like TCS , Deloitte, Wipro are come to recruitment the students if students are selected then the company give 3 -5 months training with stipend. In intership the students are advised to do work in projects which helps in future to work on company project
Placement Experience :
Whenever any student decides to take admission to an institution like ours, the very first thing that comes to his/her mind is “Do they provide 100% job guarantee?” After all, a job is what everyone wants. Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT) promises guaranteed placement of minimum CTC of 2.2L for career students and minimum CTC of 1.2L for non-career students.Minimum 80% attendance in all semester All subjects cleared Student need to qualify Third Party Assessment(AMCAT and CoCubes) test with minimum 70% score for Career Students and 50% for non career students. The students should undergo minimum 02 no’s in-house Industrial Skill Development course i.e. (AutoCAD, C/C++/DS Programming related, Python, PHP, GIS, MS Project, VLSI etc) to be executed by T&P Cell. The student has to participate minimum 80% campus drives w.r.t. his / her eligibility
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total tution fee - 90000 , if you want to stay in hostel then hostel fee- 62000,then scholarship amount - 20000 per year according to your course it is the post matric scholarship. The college has different course like Btech, diploma,mba, Mtech according to the course there tution fees are different for all courses.
Campus Life :
The 8.1 acres beautiful campus has all sorts of facilities inside. The 5 storey mountainous GIFT building itself speaks volumes. Apart from this well-furnished Hostel and staff quarters facilitate students and staffs to be always together. The long play ground gives an opportunity to the physical development of giftians.Above all the beautiful lawns add beauty to the campus.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel Infrastructure is very good. There is 24×7 Electricity and water, the mess food is not bad as much , the hostel rooms are very neat and clean. If you want to stay in hostel then at the time of addmission you have to fill up a form then when you come to college the room will allocate with your name

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
