At first I had some issue to join any colleges because I didn't fill college forms. So that's why I joined model college as it was near my home and it was easy to travel to the college. They really have good facilities as compared to my last college.
I always want to be a software engineer as I was really interested to build web pages and applications. One of my cousin is a software engineer too seeing his work really inspired me and I really want to be like him. There are 6 sem in this course and every sem has around 5 subjects.
At 2nd year of your graduation they provide internship for students which we can do. I didn't took this opportunity for myself for some reason but I would suggest never miss this kind opportunity in your college life.
College provides placements for students we just had to give our names to the teachers and there will be classes for placement many different companies visit this college for job opportunities and many students apply for this opportunities
It was 32000 per year. 32000 was divided into many categories for everyone. Gym, library, lab are some facilities which were used for this money. For every year it was around 32000 so it depends on the course you choose
To be honest I never participated in any fest or college event. But I did attended some of college events which were pretty good. They provide library cards if you want to read book or take books to your home.
I don't know anything about hostel as I really lived near by and no friends of mine were living in hostel so I really don't have any opinion on this topic but I have added roughly amount below hostel fees it should be around this amount only
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
